VOD side letter with ITV.pdf

This side letter confirms the terms of the agreement between Pact and ITV with respect to payments for catch up and extended VOD for the period 2011-2014. ITV will pay producers for 2014 on the basis of the provisional rates provided in this letter. If Pact agrees an increase as part of the overall Terms of Trade discussion, ITV will do a reconciliation.
